If you want to find a good window...
when viewing your graph, hit f2/ZOOM and go up until you see ZOOM FIT. This usually gives you a pretty good window.

This trick has already been copyrighted by Paul C kthx
Be careful, though, because sometimes F2 seems like it's giving you a great viewing window, but it is actually cutting off important parts of the graph!
