would another set of polar coordinates for the same point just be 4cos(9pi/4 + 2pi) , 4sin(9pi/4+2pi)?

an even more obvious answer would be 9pi/4 - 2pi, since 9pi/4 is greater than 2pi and therefore could be made into a simpler number. but yeah, i think that's the general idea of the question-- finding a collinear point by adding or subtracting 2pi.
